Orientation has been the key factor when designing this new construction, considering both the building itself as well as the plot of land. 

Designed on two floors, the base that supports the house is developed in three sections. The central section wich includes access to the house and connects to the garden and pool which penetrates into the house. And the two remaining sections which are composed of the service area and the day zone.

The minimalist style, with straight and ordered lines, allows the Mallorcan landscape to be integrated into the interior of the house using large windows and thereby also providing ample light into the rooms. Wooden panelling completes the effect of light-design-space, a defining trait of our architectural studio.
