We are facing the comprehensive reform of an apartment in a privileged location of Cala Moragues, on the front line of the Port of Andratx.

The project is focused on two main ideas. On the one hand, to take advantage of the location of the building, situated on the seafront and secondly to ensure that from the these sea views are clerly visible when approaching the house. The change in layout has been key feature.

Additionaly, further openings have been made to provide more natural light. The combination of new sea views and improved light have contributed to a sense of looking towards the infinite. 

The use of three basic materials: natural stone, iron and light coloured wood provide the apartment with a warm interior as well as a modern Mediterranean touch. We have aimed for simple and straight lines to achieve this as opposed to the original design.
